Welcome to Lake Breeze House! Large living room with expanding dining table. Well equipped modern kitchen. Master bedroom has ensuite jacuzzi. Second master bedroom on lower level with king bed. Rec room with bar is great for boardgames and enjoying the bounty of the County. Backyard has large deck and bbq. Steps to the Millennium Trail.

The space

With a queen sized bed in each of the two bedrooms 4 people will comfortably sleep in our suite. If you need more space you can rent our other space "Oakie Doakie Studio" on the same property which will sleep 2 more people.

Guest access

The Suite is at the front of the property, including front yard and driveway. The porch and bbq off the kitchen are your exclusive use. 

Other things to note

Remember again if you are looking for more space or maybe coming with a larger group we have a second available space on the same property. The back part of the cottage has a separate entrance, kitchen/living room and bathroom as well as a cute cabin for relaxing or yoga. Check out "Oakie Doakie Studio" and then we could essentially accommodate 6 people. 

Great for two families that want to come together but still have their own space!

Large private yard, big deck with bbq, huge maple tree for lounging under, and plenty of seating. Private yoga cabin for relaxation. (Best suited for warmer weather.)
The best beaches, restaurants, shops, and wineries just steps or minutes away.
Cabin is suggested seasonal use only.

The space

Cute Cosy Cottage Studio! Well equipped with all the amenities. Full sized kitchen with dining area. Bright bathroom with stand-up shower. Washer and dryer. Private fenced yard. Wrap-around deck with BBQ and lounge chairs. "Cranny" is our yoga cabin, attached by boardwalk - a nice place to stretch, equipped with power and lights (and even a tv.) Shortcut to the beach on the "secret path."

The Oakie Doakie Studio (back) can be combined with The Oakie Doakie Suite (front) to accommodate 6+ guests on the same property. Fantastic for friends, families and travelling with inlaws! Enquire for availability and/or see our "Oakie Doakie Vacation Rental", also posted on Airbnb.

It's unique and fun and nothing like the Holiday Inn. The beaches, amazing food and restaurants, piano bar, the Drake Devonshire, ice-cream, shopping, parks and wineries, Millennium Trail - this is Wellington. Awesome right? We think so! :)
